Resumen
La crisis financiera internacional iniciada en 2007 provocó la desconfianza en los mercados financieros. Se extienden las dudas sobre las entidades financieras, y sobre las finanzas públicas de algunos Estados europeos. En esta situación, ante las dificultades de financiación, los países más afectados solicitan asistencia financiera a la UE. Ésta crea nuevos instrumentos para canalizar la ayuda y aprueba diversos programas de asistencia financiera. En este trabaj o se analizan los programas de rescate en Europa con especial referencia al caso español.
The international financial crisis that began in 2007 caused distrust in financial markets. Doubts about financial institutions and on public finances of some European states spreaded. In this situation, given the difficulties of financing, the most affected countries requested financial assistance from the European Union. This creates new instruments to channel aid and approves various financial assistance programs. In this paper rescue programs in Europe we are analyzed with special reference to the Spanish case.
