(ES)El presente programa de intervención en inteligencia emocional tiene como objetivo disminuir el estrés y
aumentar el bienestar psicológico en docentes de Educación Primaria que se encuentran trabajando en
colegios públicos de Jódar, Jaén. Los participantes han respondido a una serie de escalas: (MSCEIT, Escala de
Fuentes de Estrés Docente y Escala de Bienestar Psicológico). Posteriormente una vez divididos los grupos
en experimental y control, los sujetos del grupo experimental han realizado un entrenamiento en IE. Para
ello, se han elaborado doce sesiones, orientadas al desarrollo de la IE. La evaluación del entrenamiento se
realizará en cuatro fases: pre – test, post- test, y seguimiento a los tres y seis meses. De este modo, se
espera que la intervención resulte eficiente para poder reducir o terminar con los altos niveles de estrés de
este colectivo y aumentar el bienestar psicológico, manteniendo los resultados a largo plazo.
(EN)The present intervention program in emotional intelligence has as a main goal to reduce the stress and increase the teacher’s psychological welfare in Primary Education who are currently working in public schools in Jódar, Jaén. Participants have responded to a series of scales: (MSCEIT, Teacher’s Stress Source Scale and Psychological Welfare Scale). After that, once the groups are divided in experimental and control, the experimental group’s subjects have made a practice in EI. To do so, it has been elaborated twelve sessions, all of them oriented to the EI development. The practice assessment will be carried out in four phases: pre-test, post-test and monitoring to three and six months. In this way, it is awaited that the intervention works efficiently in order to reduce or finish with the high levels of stress in this collective and increase the psychological welfare, keeping the results to long term.
