GEMELO DIGITAL DE LA ESTACIÓN 2 DE CÉLULA DE FABRICACIÓN FLEXIBLE FMS200

Abstract

En el siguiente proyecto se ha realizado una aportación al desarrollo de los modelados digitales de la célula flexible de fabricación FMS-200 dentro de la Plataforma GRAV-DT. Este proyecto ha tenido dos principales objetivos. En primer lugar, el desarrollo del modelado de un sensor analógico de desplazamiento lineal. Con este desarrollo se contribuye también a asentar las bases para la implementación en el futuro de otros tipos de sensores analógicos. En segundo lugar, se ha desarrollado el modelado digital de la estación de fabricación FMS-202. Esta estación se encuentra presente en los laboratorios de la Universidad de Jaén y tiene como objetivo la medición y selección de rodamiento y su posterior salida o rechazo. Por último, se ha establecido su conexionado con el PLC y la programación de este para la simulación de la estación.

The following project has contributed to the development of a digital model of the FMS-200 flexible manufacturing cell within the GRAV-DT Platform. This project has had two main objectives. Firstly, the development of the modeling of an analog linear displacement sensor. This development also contributes to lay the foundations for the future implementation of other types of analog sensors. Secondly, the digital model of the FMS-202 manufacturing station has been developed. This station is present in the laboratories of the University of Jaén and its objective is the measurement and selection of bearings and their subsequent output or rejection. Finally, its connection with the PLC and its programming for the simulation of the station has been developed.
