Resumen
En una sociedad cada vez más cambiante, resulta esencial saber responder a las demandas del ambiente, es decir, resolver problemas. La literatura muestra que el entrenamiento en resolución de problemas tiene efectos positivos en la salud y en el bienestar de las personas (D’Zurilla y Nezu, 2006). Por ello, la resolución de problemas ha sido trabajada desde diferentes enfoques dentro del área educativa.
En el presente Trabajo Final de Máster se presenta una revisión sobre modelos de resolución de
problemas y un Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica centrado en la resolución de
problemas. Este programa aborda los tres ámbitos de actuación dentro de la Orientación Educativa: la
acción tutorial, la orientación académica y profesional y la atención a la diversidad.
In an increasingly changing society, it’s essential to know how to respond to the environmental demands, that is, to solve problems. Literature shows that training in problem resolutions has positive effects on people’s health and well-being (D’Zurilla y Nezu, 2006). Thus, problem solving has been worked from different approaches within the educational area. In this Master’s Final Project, a review on problem-solving models and an Orientation and Psychological Intervention Program focused on problem solving, is shown. This program addresses the three areas of action within educative guidance: tutorial action, academic and profesional counseling and attention to diversity.
