planificación Just In Time que han sido apoyadas e incentivadas
The automobile industry dedicated to the manufacture of cars and the automobile spare parts industry have very different characteristics from each other. A clear example is that demand is much more variable in the case of car parts. As a consequence, problems arose in terms of production management since they are very different and the Just In Time planning tools that have been supported and encouraged by the automobile industries have limits. These tools do not give good results in the spare parts environment and it is when it becomes essential to develop other adapted tools that allow good management of manufacturing in this industrial context. Today the entire economy of all sectors has been immersed in a global pandemic, known as COVID-19, which brought the entire world to a standstill. This situation caused all processes in all sectors to change and with this study we want to see how the automotive sector was before this "new normal" arrived, a situation to which we all have to adapt and how the experts expect the sector within a period of 5 years.
