Resumen
[ES]El presente TFM aborda el estudio del olivar desde un punto de vista patrimonial
y paisajístico, partiendo de la hipótesis de que el patrimonio relacionado con el cultivo
del olivo se encuentra muy deteriorado por la inacción tanto de la administración
como de los propietarios. Concretamente se hace inventario de los bienes
relacionados con el olivar en Marmolejo, Andújar, Villanueva de la Reina, Bailén y
Baños de la Encina.
Por otro lado, se hace un recorrido a través dela historia del olivo y de su cultivo,
tanto a nivel mundial como nacional, abordando los diferentes cambios que ha sufrido
el olivar en el último siglo.
Por último, se analiza como el desarrollo rural genera recursos en las zonas
agrarias y su importancia para fijar población al territorio, así como el auge del
oleoturismo y su papel como motor económico.
[EN]This master ́s thesis approach the olive grove from a patrimonial and landscape point of wiew. Starting from the hypothesis that the heriytage related to the olive cultivation find itself sereverely damaged by inaction of both, the administration and the owners. Specifically, inventory has been made with the assets related to the olive grove in Marmolejo, Andújar, Villanueva de la Reina, Bailén y Baños de la Encina. On the other hand, a over wiew is made through the olive tree ́s history and cultivation, both globally and nationally tacking the different changes occurred in the olive grove in the last century. Lastly, it is analyzed how rural development generates resources in agricultural areas and its importance to set population in the territory, as well as the oleoturism boom and its role as economic impulse.
