Resumen
[ES] Hemos analizado la estrategia empresarial y la Dirección de Recursos Humanos de NH Hotel Group. Para ello se han consultado, entre otras, las siguientes fuentes: Cuentas anuales, Memorias Responsabilidad Corporativa, plan de conducta, plan de igualdad, sentencia judicial O 145/2013, etc. Esta información se ha obtenido de la web corporativa y del CNMV. Del mismo modo se han consultado vanos manuales sobre Dirección estratégica empresarial y sobre Dirección estratégica de RRHH.
El trabajo se divide en 4 capítulos: Descripción empresa, Dirección estratégica, Dirección RRHH y conclusiones.
Tras el estudio realizarnos, considerarnos que la dirección de recursos humanos de NH Hotel Group es una Dirección estratégica que se relaciona de forma interactiva con la estrategia empresarial. Con ello, la actuación del Director de RRHH es a nivel directivo, por tanto se centrará en la actuación empresarial en el entorno competitivo a medio plazo.
[EN] We have analyzed the business strategy and the Human Resources Management in NH Hotel Group. We have reviewed, among others, the following docurnents: Annual Accounts, Corporate Responsibility Reports, behavior plan, plan of equality,judgrnent O 145/2013, etc. This inforrnation was obtained frorn the corporate website and the CNMV. Sirnilarly we have checked severa! manuals on strategic business rnanagernent and strategic HR Management. The work is divided into 4 sections: business description , strategic management , HR Management and conclusions. With our analysis we find that the human resource management of NH Hotel is a strategic management that relates interactively with the business strategy. With this, the performance of the Director of HR at board level will focus on business performance in the competitive environment at medium term.
