El Trabajo Social Forense

Abstract

Tradicionalmente se concibe la disciplina del Trabajo Social como un trabajo asistencial o incluso paternalista que gira en torno al contexto de la actuación social y la exclusión. Si bien, el avance de nuestra sociedad y de las nuevas necesidades exige una adaptación por parte de la disciplina profesional en la cual el trabajador social puede aportar gran variedad de competencias que le hacen óptimo para trabajar de manera grupal con otras disciplinas. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es conocer y reivindicar la figura del Trabajador Social dentro del ámbito judicial, en concreto como perito judicial, desarrollando su labor en cada uno de los ámbitos que el sistema judicial engloba

Traditionally, the discipline of Social Work is conceived as an assistive or even paternalistic job that revolves around the context of social action and exclusion. However, the advancement of our society and new needs demand an adaptation on the part of the professional discipline in which the social worker can contribute a wide variety of skills, making them ideal for working in groups with other disciplines.The main objective of this work is to understand and vindicate the role of the Social Worker within the judicial field, specifically as a judicial expert, carrying out their work in each of the areas encompassed by the judicial system
