Este trabajo tiene como objetivo hacer ver al lector la gran cantidad de videojuegos inapropiados que los niños visualizan en edades tempranas en su tiempo libre.
La aparición de los videojuegos como forma de entretenimiento para niños, niñas y adolescentes está suscitando una gran polémica y preocupación entre la población, por las posibles consecuencias negativas que pueden tener en su desarrollo, pero sobre todo en el rendimiento académico de quienes los utilizan con bastante regularidad.
