ESTUDIO DE LA INFLUENCIA DE LAS CONDICIONES DE MECANIZADO EN LA CALIDAD SUPERFICIAL EN OPERACIONES DE FRESADO DE ALEACIONES DE ALUMINIO

Abstract

[ES] Estudio de cómo influyen las variables o condiciones de corte en el acabado final de la superficie mecanizada mediante fresado en aleaciones de aluminio, estudiando la relación entre esas condiciones y la rugosidad superficial obtenida, de tal manera que se mantenga el Ra dentro de las especificaciones. Para ello se utiliza programas €orno Excel y Minitab, los cuales permiten estudios estadísticos que nos den información relevante sobre los resultados. Con la obtención de resultados encontraremos para que condiciones la rugosidad superficial es óptima, además se estudiará la rentabilidad económica del uso de esas condiciones y, que permitan cumplir con los requerimientos y maximizar la producción.

[EN]Study of how the variables or cutting conditions influence the roughness of the machined surface by milling of aluminium alloys, studying the relationship between these conditions and the surface roughness obtained, maintaining the Ra within the specifications. For this, programs like Excel and Minitab are used, which allow statistical studies that give us relevant information about the results. With the obtaining of results, we will find the conditions for the surface roughness is optima!, in addition we will study the economic profitability of the use of those conditions and, that allow to fulfil the requirements and to maximize the production
