In our survey we are going to study the different possibilities for the estimation of the viability of the pollen, of some of plant species of the area. The technologies used for the viability are: the estimation of the number of grains of pollen for flower, the test of tretrazolium, consisting on a relatively simple staining, with which, a good correlation between the viable pollen and non-viable pollen has been obtained. Furthermore, a test with fluorescein has been carried out. 5 The obtained results indicate that the last two methods are more effective for the determination of the quality of the pollen.
