[ES] Es importante que un individuo empiece a realizar actividad física desde edades tempranas, debido
a los grandes beneficios que ésta contiene para nuestro organismo. Con una recomendación de 60
minutos al día de actividad física moderada-vigorosa, los centros educativos tienen la misión
motivar al alumnado a realizar actividad física y para ello, ya son muchos los centros que utilizan
el recreo como herramienta de motivación.
Para ello, realizaremos una propuesta de Unidad Didáctica Irregular mediante el modelo de
Educación Deportiva para promocionar la actividad física a través de sesiones de Educación Física
y durante el recreo con la práctica del voleibol, la cual está destinada para los alumnos del tercer
ciclo.
Con este trabajo, se pretende buscar alternativas al alumnado para que practiquen actividad física
buscando un estilo de vida saludable para el presente y el futuro de los niños y niñas de Educación
Primaria.
