Resumen
[ES] La Ley de Dependencia del año 2006, surge para dar respuesta a la situación del aumento significativo en el envejecimiento demográfico. La longevidad tiene como consecuencia mayor número de personas dependientes, por ello, la Ley, trata de dar respuesta a una demanda social creciente del cuidado de personas dependientes con la finalidad de mejorar su calidad de vida. Posteriormente, con la Reforma de la Ley de Dependencia en el año 2012, comienza una serie de cambios: por un lado, se pierden derechos de cotización y, por otro, se incluye la obligación de cumplir con unos conocimientos mínimos para atender a las personas dependientes. La finalidad de este estudio es mostrar la necesidad de cursar el Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio de Atención a Personas en Situación de Dependencia y la importancia del estudio del Módulo de Formación y Orientación Laboral, cuya información es esencial
para acceder al mercado laboral considerado como un yacimiento de empleo presente y futuro.
[EN] The Law of Dependency from 2006, emerge to answer the considerable demographic aging. Longevity is a result of a mayor number of dependent people, that’s why the Law, tries to respond to an increasing demand of care for dependent people, with the purpose improve quality of live. After that, with the reform of the Dependecy Law in 2012, begins a series of changes, on one hand, the right of listing are lost, on the other hand, includes the obligation to have some minimal knowledge, to attend ependent people. The purpose from this study is to show the urgency to take the training cycle from average degree of care for people in a situation of dependency and the importance of the training and Job Orientation module, wich information is essential to acces to labor market, it is considered as a labor deposit of present and future.
