Resumen
[ES] El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es realizar el análisis estratégico de la empresa PcFix-informática, dedicada a la venta de distintos productos y servicios, para así poder elegir la estrategia más adecuada para ella.
Para ello, he comenzado con una descripción de la empresa y estudiando los sus grupos de interés. Seguidamente he pasado a definir su misión, visión, valores y objetivos. A continuación, aparece tanto el análisis externo (análisis PESTEL y modelo de las cinco fuerzas de Porter) como el interno (cadena de valor y teoría de los recursos y capacidades), para detectar cuáles son las debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades de la empresa (análisis DAFO). Finalmente, con las conclusiones obtenidas, se recomienda una estrategia para la empresa.
[EN] The objective of this work is to carry out the strategic analysis of the PcFix-informática company, dedicated to the sale of different products and services, in order to choose the most appropriate strategy for it. To do this, I have started with a description of the company and studying its stakeholders. Then I have come to define its mission, vision, values and objectives. Next, both the external analysis (PESTEL analysis and Porter's five forces model) and the internal analysis (value chain and theory of resources and capacities) appear, to detect what are the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities of the business (SWOT analysis). Finally, with the conclusions obtained, a strategy for the company is recommended.
