PLAN DE EMPRESA “D-TECH SOLUCIONES”

Abstract

(ES) En el presente documento, se presenta la agencia de transformación digital “D‐Tech Soluciones”. Este emprendimiento contribuye a la digitalización de las pymes españolas, en el marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia. La agencia ofrece los siguientes conjuntos de soluciones, correspondientes al diseño y programación web, comercio electrónico, gestión integral de redes sociales, gestión de la relación con clientes, business intelligence, analítica, servicios y herramientas de oficina virtual, gestión de procesos, facturación electrónica, y formación a medida. Se tuvieron en cuenta los aspectos planteados en los planes de marketing, operaciones, recursos humanos, así como los análisis del mercado e interno de la empresa. El proyecto es económico y financieramente viable. La agencia DTech Soluciones contribuye con el cumplimiento de varias de las metas planteadas en los objetivos 8, 10, 5 de Naciones Unidas, relativos al crecimiento económico y trabajo decente, reducción de la desigualdad, y empoderamiento de la mujer.(EN) In this document, the digital transformation agency "D‐Tech Soluciones" is presented. This business contributes to the digitization of Spanish SMEs, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The agency offers the following sets of solutions, corresponding to web design and programming, electronic commerce, comprehensive management of social networks, customer relationship management, business intelligence, analytics, virtual office services and tools, process management, electronic invoicing, and customized training. The aspects raised in the marketing plans, operations, human resources, as well as the market and internal analysis of the company were taken into account. The project is economically and financially viable. The D‐Tech Solutions agency contributes to the fulfillment of several of the goals set out in the objectives 8, 10, and 5 of the United Nations, related to economic growth and decent work, reduction of inequality, and empowerment of women.
