DISEÑO DE UN PROGRAMA SOCIO-EMOCIONAL ASISTIDO CON ANIMALES PARA EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL

Abstract

[ES] En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster se centra en el diseño de un programa socio-emocional asistido con animales con el fin de aumentar el desarrollo de la Inteligencia Emocional en la etapa de Educación Infantil. Así pues, esclarece en qué consiste la Educación Asistida con Animales, cómo beneficia este tipo de sesiones al alumnado y qué papel toma el animal. También, se hace una aproximación sobre qué es la Inteligencia Emocional, aplicada al contexto educativo y su importancia para desarrollarlo en el contexto de aula. Especialmente en esta etapa es donde cobra más importancia la emocionalidad y la afectividad, ya que son la base de cualquier actuación. Este programa asienta las bases para el desarrollo de una Inteligencia Emocional, garantiza aumentar la motivación y asegura una fuente de estímulos y de concentración.

[EN] This Master's Dissertation focuses on the design of an assisted social-emotional program with animals, in order to increase the development of Emotional Intelligence in Preschool Education. It shows how Animal Assisted Education sessions’ benefits the students and what role the animal takes. Also, explains what Emotional Intelligence is, which role applied in the educational context and the importance to develop it as soon as we can. The best stage to carry it out is in Preschool Education where emotionality and affectivity become more important, as they are the basis of any performance. This program establishes the bases for the development of an Emotional Intelligence and guarantees to increase the motivation and ensures a source of stimuli and concentration.
