Resumen
[ES] La globalización de la economía; los cambios tecnológicos, políticos y sociales; las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), así como el nivel de competencia y de exigencia del actual mercado, han llevado a las organizaciones empresariales a la necesidad de evolucionar, de mejorar sus habilidades y estrategias y a desarrollar e implantar nuevas formas y estructuras organizativas para adaptarse a este entorno cambiante y poder seguir subsistiendo en un mercado cada vez más competitivo y globalizado.
Para ello, con el fin de entender el camino hacia el que se avanza durante esta transformación socioeconómica del siglo XXI, revisaremos la evolución histórica de las distintas formas y estructuras organizativas tradicionales; analizaremos las tendencias actuales de organización, como las formas variables o virtuales, con los modelos en trébol y en red; hablaremos del modelo cooperativo y su contribución social y avanzaremos hasta llegar a los nuevos conceptos organizativos emergentes, más humanistas, como las organizaciones holocráticas y las organizaciones “Teal” y “NER”, para finalizar con el tema de la importancia de la cultura organizacional hoy día.
[EN] The globalization of the economy; technological, political and social changes; information and communication technologies (ICT), as well as the level of competition and demands of the current market, have led business organizations to the need to evolve, to improve their skills and strategies and to develop and implement new forms and organizational structures to adapt to this changing environment and to be able to continue to subsist in an increasingly competitive and globalized market. To this end, in order to understand the goal towards this progress is going to during this socio-economic transformation of the twenty-first century, we will review the historical evolution of the different traditional organizational forms and structures; we will analyse current trends in organization, such as variable or virtual forms, with cloverleaf and network models; we will talk about the cooperative model and its social contribution, and we will move on to the new emerging organizational concepts, which are more humanistic, such as holocratic organizations and "Teal" and "NER" organizations, and finally, we will end with the issue of the importance of organizational culture today.
