PLAN DE NEGOCIO PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA DE UN GLAMPING ECOLÓGICO URBANO EN JAÉN

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado trata sobre un plan de negocio para la puesta en marcha de un Glamping Ecológico Urbano en la capital de Jaén, más concretamente en la falda del Cerro de Santa Catalina. El objetivo principal del proyecto es cubrir las necesidades de alojamiento turístico existentes en la ciudad, por ejemplo: no se pueden encontrar establecimientos adecuados para la acampada y la pernocta de autocaravanas. Por otro lado, introducir, como novedad, el alojamiento en minicasas. Estas son una forma ecológica y glamurosa de alojarse en la ciudad de Jaén y disfrutar tanto de naturaleza como del centro urbano, asentado sobre sobre una gran variedad de monumentos históricos. Otras características que complementan el alojamiento son: un restaurante con productos ecológicos, una piscina climatizada, un Fale samoano habilitado para la realización de talleres de yoga, flamenco, ecohuerto y zona de limpieza de autocaravanas. This Final Degree Project consists in a business plan for the implementation of an Urban Ecological Glamping in the capital of Jaén, more specifically on the slopes of the hill from Santa Catalina. The main objective of the project is to cover the existing tourist accommodation needs in the city, for instance: it is not possible to find suitable establishments for camping and overnight camping. By the other hand, introduce, as a novelty, the accommodation in mini-houses. These are an ecological and glamorous way to lodge in the city of Jaén and enjoy both, nature and the urban center, sitting on a wide variety of historical monuments. Here I show other features that complement the accommodation: for example a restaurant with enviromentally friendly products, a heated pool, a Samoan Fale enabled for yoga, flamenco, eco-garden workshops and motorhome cleaning area.
