Resumen
[ES] Nihil prius fide -Nada antes que la fe-. Un término latino, que se suele observar en los sellos de las escrituras de cualquier notario, y que significa que su palabra y lo presentado en dicha escritura es sinónimo de la realidad.
El notario, desde sus inicios, es muy importante en la organización social, pues trata de garantizar seguridad jurídica así como las libertades individuales y patrimoniales ante los poderes públicos.

A Latin term, which is usually observed in the seals of the deeds of any notary, and which means that his word and what is presented in said writing is synonymous with reality.
