[es] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado aborda un estudio técnico y económico de instalaciones solares térmicas y fotovoltaicas de autoconsumo en una residencia de estudiantes en Ouro Preto, Brasil. Se evalúa el potencial solar renovable en la zona y se diseñan adecuadamente ambas instalaciones. Se analiza la viabilidad y capacidad de generación de energía solar, y se dimensiona una instalación solar térmica para producción de agua caliente sanitaria. Además, se plantean tres tamaños posibles de una instalación fotovoltaica de autoconsumo, considerando los requerimientos energéticos y la legislación vigente. Finalmente, se realiza un estudio económico para evaluar la viabilidad financiera, teniendo en cuenta los costos de instalación y los ahorros generados por la reducción del consumo de energía convencional.
[en] This Final Degree Project addresses a technical and economic study of self-consumption solar thermal and photovoltaic installations in a student residence in Ouro Preto, Brazil. The renewable solar potential in the area is evaluated and both facilities are adequately designed. The viability and capacity of solar energy generation is analyzed, and a solar thermal installation for the production of sanitary hot water is dimensioned. In addition, three possible sizes of a self-consumption photovoltaic installation are proposed, considering the energy requirements and current legislation. Finally, an economic study is carried out to evaluate the financial feasibility, taking into account the installation costs and the savings generated by the reduction of conventional energy consumption.
