Abstract

[ES]Existe una idea generalizada y estigmatizada mundialmente de dualidad de género y sexo (eres chico o chica/eres femenino o masculino), pero, ¿qué ocurre cuando esto no se da por término general? Existe aproximadamente en el mundo un 1% de personas que nacen con un trastorno de diferenciación sexual, en las cuales, no es fácilmente identificable el sexo por la aparición de ambigüedad genital. La intersexualidad es un tema bastante desconocido socialmente y el cual produce en la mayoría de los casos rechazo y discriminación por considerarse algo fuera de lo común.

[EN]There is a worldwide, generally stigmatized belief about the binary construction of sexuality (be either a boy or a girl/ be either femenin or masculine) but… What if the general terms are not enough? Aproximately 1% of world´s population is born with a sexual differentation disorder, from which is not easily to identify their gender due to a sexual ambiguity condition. Intersexuality is a quietty unknow issue among our society and which may generate repeal and discrimination as it is consideral ʺout of the blueʺ.
