PLAN DE NEGOCIO PARA LA CREACIÓN Y PUESTA EN MARCHA DE UNA EMPRESA DEDICADA AL DESARROLLO Y EXPLOTACIÓN DE UNA APP ORIENTADA A LA TERCERA EDAD

Abstract

El Trabajo de Fin de Grado lleva a cabo el Plan de Negocio de una empresa, creada por el propio autor destinada a la creación de aplicaciones web. En este caso la aplicación creada está orientada a personas pertenecientes ala tercera edad. Dentro del proyecto se presentará el origen de la idea, seguido de distintos análisis tanto del sector, del posicionamiento en el mercado entre otros, gracias a herramientas como Dafo o Pestel. Seguido de esto, se procederá a realizar un estudio de marketing estratégico para conocer el plan de desarrollo de la empresa, y un estudio operativo de cómo se realizará dicho proceso. Terminando con una simulación de un plan económico con un horizonte de cuatro años, para estimar el posible ciclo de vida de la empresa durante ese tiempo.

This Final Degree’s Project is the creation of a Business Planning adapted to the creation and start up of a company centered on the creation of apps. In this case the type of application that is going to be created is made for the people of the third age. The content of this project starts with the presentation of the idea and how the creator reached it, followed by a series of analysis such as market or positioning, mades by tools as Dafo or Pestel. After this part, it will be presented the marketing plan constituted by two parts, the strategic one where it’s explained what are the business movementes for the company, and the operational one where this path is detailed. As a final part, there will be a simulation of how the company could evolve during the next four years.
