Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo muestra un breve estado de la cuestión sobre la importancia y didáctica de las unidades
fraseológicas en la Enseñanza de Español como Lengua Extranjera para presentar posteriormente una
propuesta didáctica que se basa en la inclusión de las UF, concretamente las relacionadas con la
gastronomía española, desde niveles iniciales utilizando el enfoque léxico como principal metodología. El
fin principal es mejorar la competencia comunicativa y permitir trabajar la interculturalidad motivando así
al alumnado a participar activamente tanto dentro como fuera del aula en un contexto de inmersión
lingüística.
[EN] The present work shows a brief state of the question about the importance and didactics of chunks in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language in order to present a didactic proposal based on the inclusion of the chunks, specifically those related to Spanish gastronomy, from initial levels using the lexical approach as the main methodology. The main purpose is to improve communicative competence and to allow working on interculturality, thus motivating students to actively participate both inside and outside the classroom in a context of linguistic immersion.
