[EN]Oxidative stress produce cell damage in the sperm, causing lipid peroxidation in the membrane and DNA fragmentation with the consequent lost of fertility. The seminal conservation for a later application represents the cryopreservation technique, for what it’s of vital importance to know the conditions of oxidative stress that suffers the sperm when it is manipulated and help in the seminal preservation with the addition of antioxidants. In this study: (i) a macroscopic and microscopic analysis, (ii) a structural and functional analysis with the use of flow cytometry and fluorescence, the fresh and cryopreserved mouse semen was analyzed. The results showed that there were effects on changes in temperature and pH in the integrity of the sperm and how it responds positively in the presence of exogenous addiction of antioxidant (GSH).
