PROPUESTA DE PROTOCOLO: PREVENCIÓN, DETECCIÓN Y ACTUACIÓN ANTE SITUACIONES DE VULNERABILDIAD. SERVICIO DE AYUDA A DOMICILIO

Abstract

(ES)A lo largo de los últimos años, se ha generado un incremento en el índice de envejecimiento y en la tasa de dependencia, esto ocasiona que, cada vez sean más las personas mayores en situación de dependencia y que, por tanto, necesitan tanto apoyo como cuidado para satisfacer sus necesidades. Los cambios en los modelos de convivencia han conllevado a que muchas personas dependientes vivan solas y por consiguiente que muchas se encuentren ante situaciones de vulnerabilidad y/o agravamiento de su dependencia que no sea detectada por sus redes de apoyo principales. Con esta propuesta de protocolo, a través del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio, se da respuesta a esta necesidad por medio de la prevención, la detección y la actuación ante estas situaciones con la intervención de los profesionales del mismo.

(EN)Over the last few years, there has been and increase in the again index and the dependency rate, wich means that more and more elderly people are in a situation of dependency and who, therefore, need both support and care to meet your needs. The changes in coexistence models have led to many dependent people living alone and consequently many find themselves in situations of vulnerability and/or aggravation of their dependency that is not detected by their main support networks. With this protocol proposal, through the Home Help Service, this need is responded to through prevention, detection and action in these situations with the intervetion of its professionals.
