Abstract

[ES] Paradores de Turismo es una cadena hotelera con capital de titularidad pública, que pertenece a la Administración General del Estado. Concretamente, se encuentra adscrita a la Dirección General del Patrimonio del Estado, del Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, y tutelada por el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo, a través de TURESPAÑA. La red contribuye a la integración territorial impulsando aquellas zonas con menos movimiento económico y turístico. Apuesta por la recuperación y el mantenimiento del patrimonio. Asimismo, potencia la imagen del turismo español como sinónimo de un servicio de calidad. El trabajo se divide en la investigación desde los orígenes de la red de paradores hasta la actualidad, y en una segunda parte, en la que, se comenta el caso concreto del Parador de Granada, en el cual, he tenido la oportunidad de desarrollar mis prácticas curriculares conociendo la gestión interna del establecimiento.[EN] Paradores de Turismo is a hotel chain with capital of public ownership, meaning, it belongs to the General State Administration. Specifically, it is attached to the General Management of cultural heritage of State, Ministry for Finance and Public Administration, and supervised by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, through TURESPAÑA. This company in the tourism sector contributes to territorial integration, promoting those areas with less economic and tourist development, in addition, commitment to recovery and maintenance of heritage. As well, it aims to improve the image of Spanish Tourism like a quality service. The project is divided into to parts. The first one, where an investigation has been conducted from the origins of the hotel chain to the present, and the second one, where the Parador de Granada is commented, in which, I had the opportunity to develop my curricular practices learning how the establishment is managed internally.
