Despite efforts to eradicate poverty, it persists due to the difficulty of reaching the economic poverty line and avoiding lack of resources. This study is focused mainly on the situation of poverty and social exclusion among young people in Spain, who are considered especially vulnerable according to statistics. The importance of addressing this concern is highlighted since individual well-being is closely linked to social well-being. Economic inequalities not only affect economic growth, but also social cohesion, generating political and social tensions. A bibliographic search is justified as a method to better understand this situation of vulnerability. Likewise, the crucial role of social work is recognized in the identification, analysis and addressing of these problems to improve quality and social well-being
