Resumen
[ES] En las últimas décadas, la aparición de cepas patógenas multirresistentes hace necesario el desarrollo de una nueva generación de compuestos capaces de actuar frente a ellos, como fármacos y agroquímicos.
En este trabajo realiza la síntesis de 4 nitrosopirimidinas descritas en bibliografía, y a partir de estas, mediante un proceso de acilación por una parte y una demetilación por otra, se producen otros 8 derivados.
Tras la síntesis los productos serán caracterizados mediante técnicas espectroscópicas (RMN, IR) y espectrometría de masas.
Por último realiza la evaluación in vitro de la actividad antifúngica de las 12 nitrosopirimidinas sintetizadas frente al crecimiento de un hongo fitopatógeno, en este caso Fusarium oxysporum, debido a las pérdidas económicas que genera en la agricultura.
[EN] In recent decades, the appearance of multidrug-resistant pathogenic strains makes it necessary to develop a new generation of compounds capable of acting against them, such as drugs and agrochemicals. In this work, the synthesis of 4 nitrosopyrimidines described in literature is carried out, and from these, by means of a process of acylation on the one hand and a demethylation on the other, another 8 derivatives are produced. After the synthesis the products will be characterized by spectroscopic techniques (NMR, IR) and mass spectrometry. Finally, the in vitro evaluation of the antifungal activity of the 12 nitrosopyrimidines synthesized against the growth of a phytopathogenic fungus, in this case Fusarium oxysporum, due to the economic losses it generates in agriculture.
