Resumen
(ES)Cada vez más están aumentando los problemas de salud, tanto físicos como mentales, en niños. Por ello, es muy importante que desde edades tempranas
tomen conciencia de la importancia de cuidar nuestro cuerpo y mente. Gracias al desarrollo de esta unidad didáctica se pretende concienciar a los jóvenes
de llevar un estilo de vida saludable. Además, se hace a través de una metodología AICLE, ya que debemos de ajustarnos a las exigencias del siglo XXI,
pues vivimos en un mundo globalizado. El desarrollo de la unidad de trabajo usando dicha metodología mejora las competencias comunicativas de los
alumnos. Por añadidura, la unidad de trabajo está basada en la metodología Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos, por lo que los alumnos han de resolver
problemas para llegar a realizar un trabajo final. El trabajo final se realiza en grupo, desarrollando destrezas sociales. Se trata de una combinación de
nutrición y lengua extranjera.
(EN)The number of health problems, both physical and mental, in children is on the increase. It is therefore essential that from an early age they become aware of the importance of taking care of bour body and mind. Thanks to the development of this didactic unit, the aim is to make young people aware of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, it is done through CLIL methodology, as we must adjust to the demands of the 21st century, as we live in a globalised world. The development of the unit of work using this methodology improves the communicative competence of the learners. In addition, the unit of work is based on the Project Based Learning methodology, so the students have to solve problems in order to achieve a final project. The final work is done in groups, developing social skills. There is a combination of nutrition and foreign language.
