Resumen
[ES]Con este trabajo nos acercamos a la realidad de las aulas del siglo XXI. La violencia es un
tema que preocupa a la sociedad y más cuando se trata de niños. En primer lugar, he partido
del análisis y teoría relacionado con la temática. Después, he recopilado información de
algunas investigaciones para poder informarme sobre la formación del profesorado en
violencia escolar, un posible protocolo de actuación y técnicas de resolución de conflictos a
seguir en estos casos. Por último, he realizado una propuesta de intervención con el objetivo
de sensibilizar al profesorado y formarlo para posibles casos de violencia escolar en un futuro.
He propuesto algunos casos que hagan reflexionar al profesorado sobre la manera de prevenir,
mediar e intervenir en un caso con estas características. El camino para reducir los casos de
violencia empieza por la formación del profesorado.
[EN]With this work, we approach to reality of the classrooms of the 21st century. Violence is a topic that concern to society. And more when it comes to children. First of all, I have started of analysis and theory about the topic. After, I have collected information about some research, so that, I can inform me about the teacher training in school violence, a possible protocol for action and some in conflict resolution techniques to follow in this situation. Finally, the aim of this intervention proposal is to make teacher more aware and train them to possible cases of school violence in a future. I have suggested some cases than make to teacher about the best way to prevent, to arbitrate or to interfere in a case of this characteristics. The way to reduce the violence cases star for teacher training.
