Resumen
Este Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene como objeto la Gestión del
Talento en la nueva era digital. Resulta evidente la importancia
que cobra el capital humano en la organización. Como
consecuencia, las compañías consideran esencial la Gestión del
Talento Humano, área específica de Recursos Humanos.
El Proceso de Gestión del Talento es un conjunto de técnicas
propias de Recursos Humanos. Durante el desarrollo del mismo,
haremos alusión a las distintas etapas del Proceso de Gestión del
Talento.
Primeramente, desarrollaremos la fase de atracción de posibles
candidatos a la organización, despegando las técnicas más
efectivas para lograrlo. Seguidamente, explicaremos la fase de
reclutamiento y selección de personal, especificando las técnicas
más eficaces y novedosas. Resaltaremos la importancia del
proceso de incorporación del candidato. Por último, una vez que
los candidatos formen parte de la organización, trataremos de
retener al personal talentoso, mediante las técnicas de motivación,
desarrollo y engagement más valoradas.
This End of Degree Project is aimed at Talent Management in the new digital era. The importance of human capital in the organization is evident. As a consequence, companies consider Human Talent Management, a specific area of Human Resources, essential. The Talent Management Process is a set of techniques of Human Resources. During its development, we will refer to the different stages of the Talent Management Process. First, we will develop the phase of attracting potential candidates to the organization, taking off the most effective techniques to achieve it. Next, we will explain the personnel recruitment and selection phase, specifying the most effective and innovative techniques. We will highlight the importance of the candidate's onboarding process. Finally, once the candidates are part of the organization, we will try to retain personal talent, through motivation, development and commitment techniques most valued by employees.
