La protección de los menores en situación de riesgo y desamparo

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica para reflexionar sobre las situaciones de desprotección de un menor en el Derecho Civil, como son: situaciones de riesgo y de desamparo, marcando las diferencias entre ambas, así como el papel de las Administraciones Publicas de protección del menor para designar una situación u otra y las medidas de actuación que se toman para prevalecer el interés superior del menor. Todo ello se lleva a cabo bajo el prisma del Trabajo Social, desde el cual se analiza el papel que juega la familia en el desarrollo y protección del menor y las actuaciones que desde el Trabajo Social se realizan con menores en situaciones de desprotección.

]In the present work are carried out a literature review to reflect on the situations of vulnerability of a child in civil law, such as: risk and helplessness, marking the differences between them, and the role of public Administrations child Protection to designate one situation or another and performance measures that are taken to override the interests of the child. All this is done from the perspective of social work, from which the role of the family in the development and protection of children and the actions from Social Work are made with children in situations of vulnerability analyzes.
