CREACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA DE SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAAS) “DIPLOTRANSFER”

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo del presente trabajo final de máster es realizar un plan de negocio de una empresa que ofrece software as a service (SAAS). La empresa brinda servicios digitales en una plataforma, llamada DiploTransfer, donde se pueden enviar y recibir documentos traducidos de manera segura y trazable. La empresa busca desarrollar herramientas para ayudar y apoyar a personas con el envío de documentos traducidos y contribuir con la traducción de los documentos. El envío seguro se realiza mediante criptografía con la tecnología Blockchain. El presente plan de negocio, que contiene los principales factores estratégicos, comerciales, operativos, organizativos, económicos y financieros, sirve como herramienta para analizar la viabilidad técnica, económica y financiera del proyecto. Asimismo, dicho plan de negocio servirá como guía para poder desarrollar el proyecto empresarial.

[EN] The objective of this master's thesis is to carry out a business plan for a company that offers software as a service (SAAS). The company offers digital services on a platform, where translated documents can be sent and received in a secure and traceable way, called DiploTransfer. The company seeks to develop tools to help and support people with sending translated documents and contribute to the translation of the documents. The secure sending is done using cryptography with Blockchain technology. This business plan, which contains the main strategic, commercial, operational, organizational, and economic and financial factors, serves as a tool to analyze the technical, economic and financial feasibility of the project. Likewise, this business plan will serve as a guide to develop the business project.
