El Condado de Jaén como zona patrimonial de Andalucía

Abstract

El presente trabajo se centra en el estudio de la nueva figura de protección conocida como Zona Patrimonial, introducida a partir de la Ley de Patrimonio Histórico de Andalucía de 2007 y aplicada a la comarca de El Condado en Jaén. Para tal fin se expone la riqueza de los pueblos que pertenecen a dicho territorio describiendo tanto los bienes patrimoniales inscritos en el Catalogo General de Bienes de Interés Cultural de Andalucía, como otros susceptibles de serlo. En consecuencia se propone incoar El Condado de Jaén como Zona Patrimonial y se articulan los medios para poder llevarlo a efecto.

This poyect focuses on a new área which is know as Heritage Area. This section was introduced due to de Andalusian Historic Heritage Law which entered into force un 2007 and it was applied the region The Condado in the province of Jaén. Besides, it is described the wealthy of the villages belonging to this region including the heritage assest which are included in the General List of the Andalusian Cultural Assest.Therefore it is proposed to appoint The Condado of Jaén as heritage Region. It is working on it in order to fulfill this purpose.
