Resumen
La historia humana ha estado marcada por innumerables enfermedades infecciosas. Gracias a los conocimientos y la comprensión de estos sucesos anteriores hemos podido adaptarnos y enfrentar mejor las enfermedades que se han ido presentando, en concreto hemos estado trabajando modelos para paliar la pandemia causada por el COVID-19. Una de las estrategias más utilizadas es la modelización de enfermedades infecciosas, que marcan como objetivo establecer medidas de protección para la población y frenar la propagación de la enfermedad. Nuestro trabajo contribuye al estudio de estrategias de protección a través de modelos de enfermedades infecciosas. Los resultados de las simulaciones indican que los desplazamientos entre provincias son una de las causas más relevantes en la transmisión de la enfermedad.
Human history has been marked by countless infectious diseases. Thanks to the knowledge and understanding of these previous events, we have been able to adapt and better deal with the diseases that have arisen, specifically we have been working on models to alleviate the pandemic caused by COVID-19. One of the most used strategies is the modeling of infectious diseases, which sets the objective of establishing protection measures for the population and curbing the spread of the disease. Our work contributes to the study of protection strategies through models of infectious diseases. The results of the simulations indicate that travel between provinces is one of the most relevant causes of disease transmission.
