Resumen
[ES]Se recogen las carreras por montaña como modalidad deportiva que puede desarrollarse en alta, media y baja Montaña y ser practicado por los adolescentes en el ámbito escolar y extraescolar. Contiene los conceptos fundamentales del tema y el análisis del artículo Corremontes. Correr por montaña con escolares, que servirá de base al desarrollo de las Unidades Didácticas presentadas como parte práctica, objetivo de este trabajo. Son tres Unidades Didácticas con 21 sesiones desarrolladas en el tercer trimestre. La primera, de 6 sesiones, trata el calentamiento y el trabajo de fuerza. La segunda, con 8, se centra en las Carreras por montaña, mientras que la UD 3, aplicará los aspectos complementarios con 7 sesiones. Concluye que estas UUDD mejoran el conocimiento de sí mismos y de los cambios que se producen en su cuerpo en la adolescencia y la importancia de otro tipo de actividad física innovadora y motivante.
[EN]This work is about the introduction to trail running, as a sport that can be developed into high, medium and low mountain and can be practiced by adolescents in the school and free time. In this theoretical part, it is analyzed the paper Mountainrunners. Trail running for children which will be the basis of the development of the Teaching Unit in the practical part. The practical part contains three Teaching Units encompassing 21 sessions which are developed in the third quarter of the term. The introductory part, the first one, that contains strength work and warm-up. The second part is focused on CXM, while the Teaching Unit 3 apply the complementary aspects of the sport. It is concluded that by the implementation of these Teaching Units, the students can get the knowledge of other innovative and motivating physical activity as well as knowing themselves, making them aware of the changes in their bodies over the years of adolescence.
