¿Cómo afecta el uso del sefie a la imagen corporal?

Abstract

"El selfie ha supuesto un revuelo universal en la era digital, dando lugar a múltiples investigaciones sobre él en diferentes campos de investigación. En el ámbito de la psicología ha generado gran interés el tratar de demostrar la relación que tiene este característico tipo de fotografía con la imagen corporal de las personas. Los datos recopilados en esta revisión resaltan el sentimiento de insatisfacción corporal que puede crearse gracias a un uso inadecuado del selfie, y con ello el abordaje de diferentes problemáticas que pueden desarrollarse. Todo ello debido a que la alteración de la imagen corporal hace que la toma de selfies más que una afición o distracción, sea una necesidad. Para que esta revisión haya sido posible, se ha hecho una búsqueda exhaustiva de información en diferentes bases de datos como son; Psycinfo, Dialnet, Google Academico y PubMed, entre otras, en diferentes idiomas, principalmente en español e inglés."

The data collected in this review highlights the feeling of body dissatisfaction that can be created thanks to improper use of the selfie, and with it the approach to different problems that can develop. All this because the alteration of body image makes taking selfies more than a hobby or distraction, is a necessity.
