Resumen
[ES] En este trabajo nos basamos en la recogida y análisis de muestras de distintas fuentes de agua, por el gran interés desde el punto de vista microbiológico que contiene esta, y por su importancia en la salud pública. Es un tema bastante serio que afecta a todos los seres vivos expuestos a los diferentes tipos de agua que se pueden llegar a consumir, ya que es posible que el consumo de agua contaminada pueda afectarnos, produciéndonos enfermedades, e incluso la muerte. Hemos trabajado en el laboratorio de microbiología de la Universidad de Jaén, con diferentes muestras para realizar un control microbiológico mediante diferentes pruebas como recuento, tinción de Gram y prueba de la catalasa, para poder analizarlas con el fin de conocerlas y comparar unas con otras. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que las aguas recogidas en zonas públicas controladas son aptas para el consumo humano.
[EN] In this work, we rely on the collection and analysis of samples from different water sources, by the great interest from a microbiological point of view containing this, and because of its importance in public health. It is a very serious issue that affects all living beings exposed to different types of water can consume, since it is possible that consumption of contaminated water can affect, with diseases, and even death. We worked on the microbiology laboratory of the University of Jaen, with different samples for microbiological control using different tests such as count, Gram stain and catalase test, to analyze them in order to know and compare with each other. The results show that the water collected in public areas controlled are fit for human consumption.
