A structured Hippotherapy program is presented for 30 hypotonic schoolchildren who receive school support. There will be a randomized control group and blind assessment. The intervention group receives 2 weekly sessions of 45 minutes of hippotherapy up to 60 sessions during a school year. We expect comparable improvements in the participants of the intervention group with respect to the control group in the aspects worked (muscle tone, posture and balance). Also that the normalization of the tone is reflected in the increase in school performance and in the perception of the quality of life of the child and his parents.
