Situación Laboral de Terapeutas Ocupacionales en Granada

Abstract

(ES)El presente trabajo fin de máster está orientado al análisis descriptivo, transversal y cuantitativo de la situación laboral de los/las terapeutas ocupacionales de la Provincia de Granada. A través de la revisión bibliográfica se da a conocer la historia de la Terapia Ocupacional mundial y en España, la definición y el quehacer de la Terapia Ocupacional, los marcos normativos estatal y andaluz. La Terapia Ocupacional es una profesional del área de la salud que interviene en las ocupaciones y en todos los aspectos que interfieren para su desempeño óptimo. Los objetivos de este trabajo son: describir la situación laboral de terapeutas ocupacionales de la Provincia de Granada, identificar el perfil de estos/as profesionales, conocer aspectos relacionados al nivel de motivación laboral e identificar fortalezas y desafíos colectivos de los/las terapeutas ocupacionales. Para tanto se difundió un cuestionario online para obtención de los datos sobre estos/as profesionales. Los resultados demuestran la necesidad de mayor adhesión de terapeutas ocupacionales al Colegio Profesional y aumento de terapeutas ocupacionales en la docencia e investigación para dar mayor visibilidad a la profesión, con estas medidas se fomentar el aumento del número de contrataciones de terapeutas ocupacionales por centro y quizás mejorar las condiciones laborales del colectivo.

(EN)This master's thesis is oriented to the descriptive, transversal and quantitative analysis of the labor situation of occupational therapists in the Province of Granada. Through the bibliographic review, the history of Occupational Therapy worldwide and in Spain, the definition and work of Occupational Therapy, the state and Andalusian regulatory frameworks are presented. Occupational Therapy is a health professional who intervenes in occupations and in all the aspects that interfere for their optimal performance. The objectives of this work are to describe the work situation of occupational therapists in the Province of Granada, to identify the profile of these professionals, to know aspects related to the level of work motivation and to identify strengths and collective challenges of occupational therapists. To this end, an online questionnaire was distributed to obtain data on these professionals. The results show the need for greater adhesion of occupational therapists to the Professional Association and an increase in the number of occupational therapists in teaching and research to give greater visibility to the profession, with these measures to encourage an increase in the number of occupational therapists hired per center and perhaps improve the working conditions of the group.
