“La actividad textil de la lana y el lino en el área del Mediterráneo y la Península Ibérica desde la Prehistoria hasta la Antigüedad”

Abstract

(ES) En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se ha realizado una síntesis sobre el mundo textil en la Antigüedad, haciendo hincapié en la lana y el lino, así como el estudio de su cadena operativa, desde la obtención de dichas materias primas hasta el producto finalmente acabado. Así mismo, se ha recopilado información arqueológica de todos aquellos contextos vinculados en la realización de esta actividad, añadiendo ejemplos de estudio en el Mediterráneo y la Península Ibérica con el fin de dar luz a la labor textil y resaltar la importancia que tuvo en las sociedades pasadas.(EN) In this Final Degree Project, a synthesis of the textile world in antiquity has been done, with emphasis on wool and linen, as well as the study of their manufacture, from the moments of these materials were obtained to the finished product. Also, archaeological information has been compiled from all those contexts linked to this activity, adding case studies in the Mediterranean and the Iberian Peninsula in order to shed light on textile work and highlight the importance it had in past societies.
