[ES]Cada vez son más los alumnos que presentan Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con/sin Hiperactividad (TDAH) en los centros educativos. Los síntomas de este trastorno afectan a los alumnos que lo padecen en casi todos los ámbitos de su vida, especialmente en el ámbito académico. Estudios realizados en las últimas décadas han mostrado que las intervenciones basadas en la práctica de Mindfulness ayudan a reducir los síntomas nucleares del TDAH en niños y adolescentes. Además, estos estudios ponen de manifiesto numerosos beneficios de la práctica en el aula en alumnos y profesores. El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Máster (TFM) es elaborar un programa de intervención psicopedagógica basado en el Mindfulness que atienda a las necesidades educativas del alumnado con TDAH en un Instituto de Educación Secundaria
[EN]It is increasing the number of students in schools that have Attention Deficit Disorder regardless of having Hyperactivity (ADHD). Usually, students who suffer from this disorder are affected almost in all perspectives, but especially in academics. Studies conducted in recent decades have shown that Mindfulness practice-based interventions help reduce the core symptoms of ADHD in children and teenagers. Furthermore, these studies have revealed numerous benefits in students and teachers by its practice in classroom. The aim of this thesis (TFM by its Spanish acronym) is to develop a Mindfulness-based psycho-pedagogical intervention program that meets the educational needs of students with ADHD in a Secondary Education Institute.
