About 37% of students have ever suffered from Bullying, whether physical or psychological by one of their classmates, and can climb up to 50%, as it is a growing phenomenon. This greatly affects well-being, doing great harm to both self-concept and the social skills of victims, causing depressive or anxiety states, as well as less adaptation to the school context. Because of this, an intervention in self-concept and social skills will produce an improvement in well-being, a better adaptation to the school environment and an improvement in their quality of life. Because the vast majority of Bullying cases develop within educational facilities, it is of great value to address this phenomenon in the centers.
