Resumen
[ES] El marketing se ha transformado en una herramienta fundamental para
las organizaciones, gran parte de las ventas de una organización están
ligadas con la capacidad de influir en los consumidores para que
adquieran un bien o servicio. El marketing permite diseñar las estrategias
para hacer atractivo el producto o servicio ofrecido a nuestra población
objetivo o clientes potenciales.
Para realizar el estudio de marketing se ha tomado el grupo “Los Marcos,
Agricampo” el cual está conformado por dos empresas, Isema, S.A. y
Bosteza, S.L., ubicada en Andújar, Jaén. Su principal actividad comercial
es la producción y distribución de alimentos elaborados para animales..
El trabajo está dividido en dos partes fundamentales, una de
sustentación teórica y otra de adaptación de estas teorías a dicho grupo
empresarial. Anexo a esto se realizan algunas conclusiones finales como
producto del trabajo realizado y los conocimientos adquiridos el proceso
de elaboración del plan.
[EN] Marketing have been transformed in an important strategy for the companies. A significant proportion of sales is connected with the capacity to influence in consumers in order to purchase products and services. Marketing allows to design the strategies to make a product more attractive for our target population or prospective customers. “Los Marcos, Agricampo” is the company chosen to conduct this marketing research. The company is composed of two businesses, Isema S.A,. and Bosteza S.L. It is located in Andújar, Jaén. The main business activity is the production and distribution of animal feeds. The work is divided into two fundamental parts. The first one is about theorical aspects of the marketing research. The second one tries to adapt these theorical aspects to the company abovementioned, “Los Marcos, Agricampo.” In addition, there are some conclusions about the work and the skills adquired in this project.
