Plan de empresa de un tanatorio

Abstract

[ES] El plan de empresa que voy a realizar trata sobre un tanatorio con crematorio en Bailén, ya que en la localidad no existe crematorio y he detectado una oportunidad de negocio en ello. Además de estas innovaciones se añadirán otras tales como, ataúdes ecológicos y enterramientos en Capsula Mundi, este último creemos que cambiará el concepto que tenemos sobre la muerte y su significado. Contaremos con 3 promotores que invertirán en nuestro proyecto. El Capital Social para el inicio de la actividad será de 75.000€ que será aportado a partes iguales por los promotores, y además de este se solicitará un préstamo para cubrir la inversión inicial que permita dar inicio a la actividad. Se realizarán cuantos estudios sean oportunos para disponer de información que nos pueda orientar sobre si la empresa será viable y nos proporcionará rendimiento económico; tales como investigaciones de mercado. Para ello supondremos que la empresa estará en funcionamiento durante los 3 próximos años.
