Resumen
La aparición de la pandemia de Covid-19 generó un nuevo crash
en los mercados financieros. En consecuencia, se produjo la
intervención en la economía de Gobiernos y los Bancos Centrales
para ofrecer estabilidad a los inversores. Estos decidieron reducir
los tipos de interés a mínimos históricos e inyectar grandes
cantidades de capital en el mes marzo de 2020. Esto ha provocado
una elevada rotación de inversores de renta fija a renta variable.
El objetivo de esta memoria es exponer todas las oportunidades
de inversión que existen en el mundo de la renta variable. En
adición, se explicará la metodología de inversión utilizada por los
profesionales del sector financiero, el value investing. Dicha
filosofía de inversión ha sido la que mejores retornos ha ofrecido
en la historia. Para terminar, también se analiza una de las
mejores compañías del Ibex-35 para mostrar un ejemplo de cómo
los gestores aplican esta metodología.
The appearance of the Covid-19 pandemic generated a new crash in the financial markets. The objective of this report is to expose all the investment opportunities that exist in the world of equities. In addition, the investment methodology used by professionals in the financial sector, value investing, will be explained. This investment philosophy has been the one that has offered the biggest returns in history. Finally, one of the most successful Ibex-35 companies is also analyzed to show an example of how investment fund managers apply this methodology.
