[ES] En el presente trabajo se va a realizar un análisis de las variables que influyen en la evaluación de la puesta en marcha y los aspectos para la creación de Caffè & Dolce, una cafetería-pastelería situada en la ciudad de Jaén, así como su viabilidad tanto económica como financieramente.
En este proyecto se recoge el análisis del mercado que engloba a la empresa, un plan de operaciones, un plan recursos humanos, un plan de marketing, un plan económico-financiero, un plan de contingencias y las conclusiones.
[EN] In this work will be carried out an analysis of the variables that influence the evaluation of the star-up and the aspects for the creation of Caffè & Dolce, a cafe-pastry located in the city of Jaén, as well as its viability both economically and financially. This Project includes the analysis of the market that encompasses the Company, an operations plan, a human resources plan, a marketing plan, an economic-financial plan, a contingency plan and conclussions.
