[ES]El objetivo de este proyecto experimental consistirá en el estudio y desarrollo de un prototipo, cuyo principio de funcionamiento se basa en la destilación solar, y que se encargará de llevar a cabo el proceso de secado del alperujo. El interés por este residuo radica en su alto contenido en humedad, lo que imposibilita su aprovechamiento energético de forma directa.
Se llevará a cabo un planteamiento de la reducción de humedad con respecto a los días de exposición al proceso de secado, así como el planteamiento del aumento de las propiedades energéticas del combustible.
La principal característica del prototipo, será la capacidad de condensar el agua contenida en el residuo, pudiendo ser extraída esta última. De esta manera, podremos obtener del proceso un combustible con altas cualidades energéticas, además de una fuente de agua limpia utilizable para proceso o regadío de olivar adyacente.
[EN]The aim of this experimental project will consist of the study and development of a prototype whose works with solar distillation principle, and take over the drying process of the two phases oil waste. The interest in this residue begins during the oil extraction process, when due to the high moisture content that has, makes it imposible to use it as a fuel. There will be shown the reduction of moisture content regard to the exposition days of dried process, as well as the increase of the energetic content of the fuel. The principal characteristic of this prototype will be the aptitude to condense the water contained in the residue and extract this later. We will be able to obtain a fuel with high energetic qualities, besides a source of clean water that can be used in irrigation or another processes.
