SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN EN EL PROCESO DE GESTIÓN DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN DE LA UJA. PROPUESTA PARA UN MODELO DE EXPLOTACIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN

Abstract

[ES] Tras la definición de la Investigación como una de las misiones fundamentales de las Universidades, reflejando algunos antecedentes y su evolución, tratando de concretar algunos de los conceptos claves que le son propios. Proceso de gestión de subvenciones públicas como Instrumento de financiación de los Proyectos de Investigación, dentro de un Sistema de Gestión por Procesos. Propuestas para el análisis y explotación de la información de la actividad investigadora sobre Proyectos de Investigación concedidos, agrupándose por Grupos de Investigación incluso por resultados desde el punto de vista de género. Las conclusiones aportadas con este estudio, ponen de manifiesto las características que deben de tenerse en cuenta a la hora del análisis de este tipo de información, así como los elementos que se deberían observar para que el resultado de la información arrojada manifieste el valor comparativo, de evolución o de análisis correcto de la actividad investigadora que se desarrolla.

[EN] After the definition of Research as one of the main objectives for universities, we will show some background and its evolution. This term is analysed together with that of Innovation, as an engine for economic growth. Moreover, we will try to specify some inherent key concepts. The process of managing public subsidies is developed and studied as a financing instrument for the Research Projects, within a Management System divided into processes plus the information which can be collected with the application of that system. The proposals for the analysis and exploitation of the information about the research activity, by analyzing data from 2016 and 2017 on previously granted Research Projects. That is, the data have been classified according to Research Groups, even with results from a gender perspective. Finally, we will draw some conclusions by means of this study, highlighting the characteristics which should be taken into account when analyzing this type of information, as well as the elements to be observed so that the result of the displayed information may reveal the comparative value, the evolutionary character or the correct analysis of the research activity which is developed.
