Observing the influence of the urbanization on the environment, these actions can be positive or negative on our environment. The precedents that led to realizing the research are that the modern cities are affected by diverse processes of pollution as the exhibition to toxic metals, the photochemical smog, the acid rain, as well as the alteration of the diverse cycles biogeochemical that govern the life in the planet. The research has as hypothesis that, in a very short period of time, the majority of the population has become urban. The urban zones are social, economic and cultural importance, but also they have a deep impact in the environment. For this motive, it is necessary to deepen into the knowledge of the geochemical of the cities and sorne of the challenges which they face.
